The ME SS CP 001 Fully Automatic Medical Gas Manifold System is an M-Line series. This manifold is completely with the latest edition of CE Mark.

• The Manifold is a fully automatic type and provide an uninterrupted supply of gas to the pipe line at a constant pressure. The manifold is permit automatic switch over for the "in use" (Primary) Bank of cylinders to the "Reserve" (Secondary) Bank of cylinders.
• The manifold shall have a MICROPROCESSOR based display panel. The unit will be compact measuring 22"x 28" wide x 6" deep. Fully automated duly tested for hours before delivery.
• The control panel incorporates twelve large LED. Red / Yellow / Green LED display for the Left Bank, the Right Bank and for Delivery Pressure.

Please Note:

• The manifold shall be equipped with a 3/4" outlet shutoff valve. Valve "Parker Hinnifin (ITALY) CE Marked" equipped with internal power supply module 12V-2 Amp. SPM adapter. Low pressure regulator is fully pneumatic which avoid diaphram leakage.
• Piping regulators and control switch over components shall be cleaned for Oxygen service.
• The manifold shall include pressure relief valves and optional external heaters for N20 and Co2 service (Oxygen manifold shall be equipped with copper pigtails).

The System automatically change Gas bank when it finds low Gas Pressure and when it gets Normal Gas Pressure, system automatically change it to main Gas bank. The control panels are safe for low voltage operation and supported with audio visual alarm facility.
