- The Manifold is a fully automatic type and provide an uninterrupted supply of gas to the pipe line at a constant pressure. The manifold is permit automatic switch over for the "in use" (Primary) Bank of cylinders to the "Reserve" (Secondary) Bank of cylinders.
- The manifold shall have a MICROPROCESSOR based display panel. The unit will be compact measuring 22"x 28" wide x 6" deep. Fully automated duly tested for hours before delivery.
- The control panel incorporates twelve large LED. Red / Yellow / Green LED display for the Left Bank, the Right Bank and for Delivery Pressure.
Please Note:
- The manifold shall be equipped with a 3/4" outlet shutoff valve. Valve "Parker Hinnifin (ITALY) CE Marked" equipped with internal power supply module 12V-2 Amp. SPM adapter. Low pressure regulator is fully pneumatic which avoid diaphram leakage.
- Piping regulators and control switch over components shall be cleaned for Oxygen service.
- The manifold shall include pressure relief valves and optional external heaters for N20 and Co2 service (Oxygen manifold shall be equipped with copper pigtails).
